This Bassoon reed tip cutter is a fantastic tool to help save time and retain quality and consistency when cutting reeds.
The biggest objective of this design was to achieve quality, square cuts that can be consistently replicated. The mechanism utilizes flexibility of the arms that hold the blade up. When cutting, all arms are compressed evenly, ensuring both perfectly square and high quality cuts.
